Lake Forest HOA 2024 Annual Dues are $800
The invoice is assessed for the full amount due of $800 payable by January 1st of each year. A late fee will be imposed in accordance with the HOA covenants (Section 8.8, Nonpayment of Assessment) if payment is received with 30 days after January 1st.
