Lake Forest Estates is surrounded by natural forests & woodlands.  It is the responsibility of each resident to be aware of all easements, boundaries & restrictions on and around their property.

The Forest Conservation Deed of Easement and Chapter 115 (Forest Conservation) of Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws prohibits the removal or destruction of trees, shrubs and plant material without their approval.

As a reminder to all residents, the County prohibits homeowners from clearing any part of their property held in conservation.  Violations may result in fines and reforestation at the property owner’s expense. Let’s preserve our natural surroundings for all to enjoy!
